BEEF PROCESSING
We age beef carcasses for a minimum of 12 days in our cooler prior to further processing for your custom order. Customers can choose from whole, 1/2 or 1/4 beef based on the agreement with the producer or Simon Meat Locker. Once you have received confirmation - complete the form below to finish your order. We will notify you once your order is ready for pick up. Orders need to be picked up within 7 days of notification - or subject to $25/day late fee.


PORK PROCESSING

Any CURED and SMOKED products will be labeled "Custom Not For Sale" until further notice.

LAMB & GOAT PROCESSING

WILD GAME PROCESSING
The Flint Hills region of northeast Kansas is home to some of the best whitetail hunting in the nation.
Simon Meat Locker will be accepting boneless meat only this deer season.
